Shahab Nourbakhsh (MS, MBA candidate), is a dynamic professional at the intersection of strategic program management and innovative AI application. As Program Manager of the Chile Breeding and Genetics Program at New Mexico State University, he leads the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of cutting-edge agricultural research initiatives. His work is distinguished by the integration of AI tools to optimize processes ranging from experimental design and data analysis to grant writing, enhancing both efficiency and impact.

In his concurrent role as Strategic Partnerships Liaison at The Chile Pepper Institute, Shahab cultivates collaborative relationships across institutions and industries, securing critical funding through AI-aided grant proposals and coordinating complex multi-stakeholder projects.
